Den sitemap.php ska man skicka inne i forum mappen eller i samma nivå som forum mappen ligger, alltså root katalogen för alla mappar som ligger på server.

Om man redan har en sitemap på server går det att göra något att det blir flera eftersom det går på google att ha flera sitemappar !

Jag har det lite konstigt för mig här som stämmer inte helt
mellan sitemap.php och sitemap.xml.

Hur får man fram sitemap.xml ??

I readmy filen står så här :

Jag har skickat till root på server :

-sitemap.php
-.htaccess

Sen gick till google :
https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/

och försökte att registrera sitemap.xml men det gick inte direkt (eftersom att sån fil finns inte på server).

Jag försökte med att registrera sitemap.php och det gick men om jag gör nu som det står i readmy filen :

http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.php

You submit...

http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml

Alltså jag går under :

http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml



Då får jag en hel del fel meddelande :

Du ska skapa en fil kallad sitemap.php, i htaccess-filen ombenämns den till sitemap.xml, och sitemap.xml ska du ange hos Google.

Du ska inte gå till http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml, du ska ange http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml hos Google.

Om jag anger hos google sitemap.xml då får jag direkt fel meddelande :

filen kunde inte hittats

däremot om jag skriver sitemap.php den går genom men att man ska vänta på bekräftelse !!

När man laddar hem den mod så kommer en fil som heter htaccess.txt !

Jag har öppnat den och sen sparat utan den txt och satt en punkt framför.

I filen sitemap.php har jag ändrat bara på ett ställe som det står i readmy filen:

define('FORUM_DOMAIN_ROOT', 'http://www.yourdomain.com/'); // Full URL with trailing slash!

This is the default URL of your forum. If your forum exists at...

http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/

then use the line

define('FORUM_DOMAIN_ROOT', 'http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/'); // Full URL with trailing slash

Har ändrat bara den här delen :

define('FORUM_DOMAIN_ROOT', 'http://www.yourdomain.com/');

och skrivit i stället :

http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/

Jag kan skicka dig mina uppgifter till ftp program och uppgifter till google konto så om du kan ta en titt själv.

Jag verkligen vet inte vad är det för fel !

Jag har testat lite så här :

I stället att lägga filer sitemap.php och .htaccess i root katalogen på webbhotelet som man gör annars om man vill ha en sitemap.xml till portalen har jag lagt dem två filer i forums root katalog dvs.'http://www.yourdomain.com/forum

och har fåt framme nästa sitemap:

Jag har gjort sitemap.xml till portalen som har fungerat bra en tid men sen när jag ville ha en bättre sitemap så har den slutat att fungera.

Nu vill jag fråga om man lägger i samma root katalogen sitemap för en portal och en forum alltså i root på webbhotelet eller det går att lägga in i forum mapp root katalogen ?

Den här sitemap.xml som jag har fått alla länkar slutar på xml i stället på html ?

Är den sitemap felaktig eller kan gå genom ?

Jag har ingen aning just nu !

He he, jag är helt nöjd för att varje den här länk som slutar på xml är en ny sitemap.xml som innehåller länkar till ämnen på forumet !
